About your speaker
Victor Nzeata
CISA, CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, CEH
Victor Nzeata is an accomplished cybersecurity expert with over a decade of hands-on experience leading cybersecurity teams and missions across the globe. His career spans roles as an electrical and software engineer, cyber threat emulation lead, and information systems security manager, giving him a unique, well-rounded perspective on both the technical and strategic sides of cybersecurity.
In 2016, Victor became the first graduate of the U.S. Army Cyber School in the Army Reserve, later going on to lead cyber mission forces in defensive and offensive cyber operations, as well as electronic warfare. He currently teaches as an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego, where he blends academic expertise with practical industry knowledge.
Victor holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering Technology from Purdue University and a master’s in Cybersecurity Operations and Leadership from the University of San Diego. He’s currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Information Security at Purdue University.
