How Does The 12-Month Live Online Benefit Work?+
Certification Prep includes one eligible full Live Online class seat for your selected program. The class must start within 12 months of enrollment. This is one class seat, not unlimited classes or a year of live instruction. Your 12 months of digital course access begin at enrollment, not on the later class start date. Confirm availability before purchase; funding-based starts follow approval requirements.
Is The Five-Payment Option A Subscription?+
No. Five payments purchase the full Certification Prep program at the same total price as paying in full: 5 × $499, 5 × $539, or 5 × $599, depending on the program. Hero Access, Hero Guided, and All Access are separate memberships that renew until canceled.
What Is Included In All Access?+
All Access includes the nine digital programs for $299/month or $2,995/year. Guided All Access is $449/month or $4,495/year, with guidance for one active certification focus at a time. These memberships do not include individual readiness appointments or full Live Online class seats.
Is The Military And Government Rate The Same As Army Funding?+
No. The $2,000 rate is eligible-learner pricing, not a funding approval or promise of reimbursement. Army-funded requests follow their own approval, itemization, and purchasing requirements.
